Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize their time.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion, ensuring information security.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries and directing them to appropriate departments.
Administrative Management
- Develop and implement administrative processes to enhance efficiency within the Executive Office and across the company.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
Requirements:
- 3 years of cognate experience
- Degree in a relevant field
