Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of BOQs (Bill of quantities)
  • Submission of BOQs (Bill of quantities)
  • Preparation of Tender Documents
  • Compilation of Technical/Commercial bids
  • Keeping proper records of all company document
  • Filing
  • Preparation of all engineering project ledger
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings and taking minutes
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondences
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Responding to visitors
  • All company registration renewals
  • Compiling of company profiles.
