Job Description/Requirements

Remuneration:

  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff and employer 
  • Ensure promptness for all appointments and tasks.
  • Manage and oversee all the operations of the company online and offline. 
  • Creating reports, letters, and applications for the company as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for the company

Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of either an OND or HND
  • This position is open preferably to a Female candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably with an accounting background.
  • Sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Good record-keeping skills.
  • Well-spoken with a good command of English.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Preferably staying within Ogba environ.


Remuneration: NGN 720,000 annually
