We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team in Lagos (Island) and support our daily office procedures. The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all clients and employees while providing administrative support to both the management and staff. 


Job Description:

  • Receive and manage company stock and office supplies
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Manage and prepare reports on various budgets and expenses
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Maintain, organize and update company documents
  • Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travels and accommodations
