- Responsible for office management including, but not limited to, telephone and internet services, Analyze and organize office operations and procedures to increase efficiency
- Assist the chief executive when needed and requested.
- Creates, implements and monitor hospital tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives
- Implementing system and market-specific initiatives to support and achieve organizational goals and communicates regularly with management to ensure strategies align with system goals
- Conducting needs assessment surveys with key stakeholders (community, patients, families, physicians and referral sources) to identify service needs and opportunities for program development
- Providing regular and timely information about the hospital’s services to referral sources and the community through in-person visits, presentations, tours, conferences and health screenings
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and referral initiatives to generate a continuous flow of admissions to meet the census goals of the hospital and build the Tabitha Medical Center brand in the community
