Job Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will support our daily office procedures and ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. Your duties will include office stock managementÙ« reporting on expenses and office budgetsÙ« organizing company records and providing administrative support to employees.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- In charge of the day-to-day running of the organization
- Control and organize office supplies and stock
- Manage important and confidential company document
- Manage company database
- Provide support to clients and employees
- Review and update company policies as needed for the smooth running of the organization.
- Manage correspondence (including letters, emails, waybills and packages) arrange travel and accommodation
- Create weekly reports with statistical data and representation as assigned to the appropriate directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- OND Certificate
