Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will support our daily office procedures and ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. Your duties will include office stock managementÙ« reporting on expenses and office budgetsÙ« organizing company records and providing administrative support to employees.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the day-to-day running of the organization
  • Control and organize office supplies and stock
  • Manage important and confidential company document
  • Manage company database
  • Provide support to clients and employees
  • Review and update company policies as needed for the smooth running of the organization.
  • Manage correspondence (including letters, emails, waybills and packages) arrange travel and accommodation
  • Create weekly reports with statistical data and representation as assigned to the appropriate directors.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • OND Certificate
