Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced individual to fill this position.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee employees; Design employee schedules and fill in as necessary for employees
  •  Supervise all operations to ensure the flow of information and resources
  •  Collaborate on an atmosphere of work and encouragement by identifying ways in which employees can better serve the company and clients
  • Communicate expectations to employees, and follow up by monitoring job performance 
  •  Mentor, coach, and correct employees as necessary
  •  Liaise with clients and suppliers. Connecting them with the appropriate staff in charge
  •  Pinpoint where supplies are needed in various areas of the company (for example in reception, the lounge, and the conference room)
  •  Collaborate with employees as necessary on projects
  •  Lead the office staff in the organization by writing the weekly schedule, supervising work tasks, and providing guidance to individual administrative employees
  •  Analyze office operations each week by preparing reports that detail task completion and resource usage and making changes when necessary
  •  Motivate the staff by creating monthly goals for productivity and efficiency and reviewing goals periodically for completion
  •  Oversee the office supply ordering process by reviewing stock each day, ordering materials when needed, and organizing supplies as they come in
  •  Review standard operating procedures for the administrative office and develop new policies as needed to help improve company performance
  •  Communicate with upper management and other department heads each month with updates about new office policies and challenges in the administrative sector


Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience
  • BSc in Business Administration 
  • Focused on improving efficiency without sacrificing customer service and quality
  •  Leadership skills that include employee motivation 
  • A keen eye for detail


Remuneration: NGN 150,000
