Job Summary

We are searching for a perceptive, creative administrative executive to oversee the company operations and staff members. He will improve, develop policies, systems and procedures and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • BSc/HND in a business/management or related field.
  • Experience in a building construction-related industry with three years post qualification experience will be an added advantage.
  • Should possess exceptional leadership and time task, and resource management.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be above 25 years of age.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of official activities.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are timely, within the scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
