The Admissions Consultant is a highly visible role that serves as the first point of contact for all clients. The position also requires continual attention to detail while answering phones, responding to inquiries from a diverse population, composing accurate messages and scheduling appointments

Job Description/Requirements
Responsible for working with potential students in advising and counseling applicants on the admissions process.
Provide support on inbound and outbound admission calls on an as-needed basis and
High level of professionalism and confidence; ability to make decisions in line with the company’s goals & objectives
Quick thinker/learner with “business owner” mentality who will handle assignments, tasks, and projects with intrepid initiative and ingenuity
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work with a high sense of urgency within established timelines, exercising consistent follow-through/follow-up when necessary
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet all work requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
Professional manner with good work ethics towards assigned duties
Must be reliable, punctual, and articulate
Ability to maintain discretion and strict confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and operate in an environment of frequently changing priorities and managing the demands of a quickly growing workforce
Strict attention to details
Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
Ability to work well under pressure and great with time management
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, maintaining a visitor log
Strong computer skills in MS Office/Windows including Outlook, Excel, Word
