Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Administrative Assistant working at a sports facility in Lekki, working 5 days a week including Wednesday's, Saturday's, Sunday's.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Role

  • answer phone calls and respond to Whatsapp Messages
  • deal with customers,
  • handle social media accounts,
  • taking pictures for social media and engaging with customers
  • collect payment from customers,
  • filing documents,
  • making invoices
  • bookkeeping
  • maintaining structure on the LSP online filing system, as well as coordinating with all staff
  • working with other managers and team members
  • increasing LSP customer retention
  • supporting Operations Manager with their role
  • keeping track of dues to government agencies
  • ensuring LSP adheres to Health and Safety Guidelines
  • any other administrative duties that may arise


Requirements

  • NYSC
  • the willingness to learn and adapt to LSP system
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms etc)
