Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and update contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and emails.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Proven admin or assistant experience

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
