Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the first point of contact, responsible for the front end of the office, answering the door, greeting clients and guests; offering them tea, coffee, etc.
  • Organized, polite, professional, and quick on foot.
  • Maintain cordial relationships between the company and its clientele.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office space.
  • Organize and schedule clients’ appointments.
  • Source all office and medical supplies. Ensure that all office supplies are adequate and make sure clients’ snacks, all toiletries, water etc, are always available.
  • knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Know all services and direct clients to a member of the team appropriately.
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments and handling logistics; setting reminders and having controlled access to the MD/CEO.
  • Handle all administrative and organizational requests from management.
  • Resolve complex issues with clients within established policies.
  • Provide reports and activities updates to management.
  • Prepare employment contracts.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Update client database and employee information.
  • Answer phone calls, deal with inquiries, and provide information regarding services.
  • Liaise with management to handle clients’ requests and queries.
  • Manage clients and appointment times.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum Academic qualification of an OND/HND only
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
  • A capable team player is able to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the medical team.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Confirmation of payments from management.
  • Emotionally intelligent in addressing issues appropriately,i.e agitated or unsatisfied clients


Location: Ikoyi, Lagos


Remuneration: NGN 100,000
