· Carry out office maintenance
· Receive and respond to client enquiries on our instagram page, Whatsapp and other social platforms
· Receive and respond to in-office client enquiries
· Properly articulate the services we offer and the service fees/prices
· Negotiate prices and follow up with prospects/leads in bid to sell our services
· carry out timely relay of information to clients & issuing invoices and receipt to clients
· Follow up with prospective clients for sales
· Alert the team member on the job for new clients
· Prepare and send work briefs to team member on the job
· Carry out the client on-boarding process
· Attend to the office utility needs (purchase of fuel, BEDC units, getting stationaries, e.t.c.)
· Manage the office imprest and prepare end-of-month imprest report
· Be in-charge of welfare for team members (monthly office snacks, menu for internal meetings and events, e.t.c.)
· Open up the office and lock up at the close of work
· Carry out office maintenance (cleaning, device repairs, other issues that need attention)
· Run office related errands and mobilization
· Manage files and documents
· Type, edit and prepare documents of various kinds
· Edit content in our content store house and check clients post has gone out at stipulated time
· Prepare minutes during office meetings.
· Prepare Basic Reports
· Send out periodic e-mail newsletters to our clients and felicitation messages.
· Carry out other tasks that may assigned by the Executive Director
· Inform management of other matters and issues that may arise.
