Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Account Officer for our printing press located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. You will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support as instructed.

Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring everything is organized and functional.
- Ensure the enforcement of staff compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues.
- Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system for staff files, office records, and documentation.
- Manage internal and external communication via emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses, income, invoices, and transactions.
- Build relationships with suppliers and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Provide support in sourcing and procuring office and operational supplies in line with approved procedures.
- Prepare and process routing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Execute other administrative and accounting responsibilities as instructed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Relevant experience in administrative and accounting roles.
