Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Handle administrative duties related to finance, such as invoice processing and petty cash management.

- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to address concerns.
- Provide reports on customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements.
