Job Description

  • Able to set up, improve, review and manage the Admin department effectively and efficiently which should translate to the company as a whole.
  • Ability to motivate and inspiring others
  • Ensure the well-being of all members of staff
  • Plan and coordinates all administrative services of the company
  • Plan and prepare training and development skills for all members of staff
  • Coordinate staff appraisal and assess staff performance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Must possess great communication and coordination skills
  • Help support all other department to ensure smooth and effective running of all other department
  • Liaise with external bodies to ensure strict compliance with all regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to smooth business operations
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades-persons.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with excellent leadership skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education requirement BSc in Business Administration ( or a suitable qualification)  
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in an administrative role
  • 5 years in a Manufacturing company
  • Experience in a food or drinks manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
  • HSE certified
  • Proficient in MS Office
