Accounts/Office Manager
Job Summary
This role is perfectly designed for an all-rounder, you must be efficient in finance and strong with the administration. Applicants must be willing to get involved in a variety of ever-changing tasks. The position will require the successful applicant to oversee the day to day running of the office, be involved in a range of administrative duties & maintaining all company records

Job Description/Requirements
Duties include but not limited to:
- Acting as the face of the office greeting all visitors to the office
- Processing deliveries
- Dealing with queries
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- Handling the company Ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
- Utilize database software to organize financial account information
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
- Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
- Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
- Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities
- Ensuring company vehicles are maintained (servicing/repairs/MOT)
- Maintaining and organizing all company records as required.
- Assist in the control and ordering of stock
- Any other reasonable duties are required by management
Position Requirements:
- Have previous Office/Account management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes\

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Management or equivalent work experience
Experience: 4 - 8 years of industry-relevant experience. Must reside within Lagos state.
Salary: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
