Job Summary

This role is perfectly designed for an all-rounder, you must be efficient in finance and strong with the administration. Applicants must be willing to get involved in a variety of ever-changing tasks. The position will require the successful applicant to oversee the day to day running of the office, be involved in a range of administrative duties & maintaining all company records

Job Description/Requirements

Duties include but not limited to: 

  • Acting as the face of the office greeting all visitors to the office
  • Processing deliveries
  • Dealing with queries
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Handling the company Ledgers
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
  • Utilize database software to organize financial account information
  • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
  • Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
  • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities
  • Ensuring company vehicles are maintained (servicing/repairs/MOT)
  • Maintaining and organizing all company records as required.
  • Assist in the control and ordering of stock
  • Any other reasonable duties are required by management

Position Requirements:

  • Have previous Office/Account management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes\
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Management or equivalent work experience 

Experience 4 - 8 years of industry-relevant experience. Must reside within Lagos state. 

Salary: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
