Overview
- We are seeking anexperienced and ACA-certified Senior Accountant to join our client’s office in Port Harcourt.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS or GAAP.
- Coordinate audits and tax returns.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial advice and support to management.
- ACA certification or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with auditing procedures.
