Job Summary

As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage Accounting software and possess strong entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and support to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Lagos Mainland.
- Age: 25 to 30 years old.
- ICAN AAT certification or HND/BSc in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting software.
- Strong entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
