Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining operations cash
- Timely posting of cash expenses on ERP Next accounting software
- Responsible for posting locations' cash expenses as retired on the software
- Responsible for posting retail outlets (filling station and gas outlets) transactions into ERPNext Accounting software
- Performs location profitability reporting monthly
- Responsible for prompt confirmation of customers’ receipts as requested
- Performs bank reconciliation as assigned
- Performs ledger accounts reconciliation as necessary
- Attend to banking operations requirements as may be assigned from time to time
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned by your Supervisor and Management.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Gather and capture, process, and maintain financial data, and interpret financial records.
- Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in line with ISO 9001: 2015 standards
- Other related activities as may be assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
- Great Financial knowledge and Tax Laws
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector
- Must have a smart and presentable disposition
