Job Summary

We are seeking to hire an Account officer to fill the vacant position in the Finance and Admin department of the company. As the Accounts Officer, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) across the day-to-day financial, accounting, and reporting duties.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : No Experience
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer account records
  • Assist in bank statement and account reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly management reports
  • Manage account receivables and payables processes.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, petty cash etc
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports
  • Administration



Requirements:

  • Have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
  • Have an enthusiastic and proactive mindset.
