Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the center's goals.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop cost-effective initiatives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and healthcare industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
