Job Summary

This is a role within our Business Development Team for a very active Account Manager experienced selling with IT space. We are looking for Account Managers with experience selling IT solutions - Networks, Hardware, and Applications - to very corporate customers. The role requires the ideal candidate to have a few established contacts, is probably certified in a few OEM IT Sales, and has a thirst to get into new markets.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

The candidate is expected to have:

  • A minimum first Degree with at least second class upper
  • At least 5 years selling IT Solutions
  • Few OEM IT Sales Certifications
  • Experience in managing a few key accounts
