Job Description/Requirements

  • Bank reconciliation Statements

  • Daily Bank Cheque Payment Analysis

  • Batch Reporting

  • Month end Adjustments

  • Raising/Posting of General Journal

  • Preparing of Management Reports

  • Re-confirmation of daily dipping positions

  • Daily Inventory of company stocks

  • Update of customer’s direct lodgements

  • Post all relevant transactions on Tally

  • Stock Variance Analysis

  • Withholding Tax (WHT) Computation, Remittance and collection of credit notes

  • VAT  Analysis  & Processing 

  • ETC

Basic Qualifications & Person’s specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)

  • Must be Chartered Accountants, possessing ACA/FCA/ACCA.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Power BI and tally software

  • 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

  • Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
