ACCA-Certified Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with UK accounting standards.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.
• Provide financial advice and insights to senior management and stakeholders to support business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification is required.
• Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of UK accounting practices and regulations.
• Experience working with UK businesses is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
