There are two main types of help desk technician, which are in-house and remote. To be on your way toward this exciting career path, the CompTIA A+ and the MCSA/MCSE certifications are hugely beneficial. These certifications include the CompTIA A+ 900 training series as well as the 70-740, 70-741, 70-742 and 70-744 training series. By completing this training path you will earn up to 95 CEUs.
