  • To fully understand the key concepts, trends and emerging practices, tailoring considerations for agile and adaptive environment
  • To prepare participants' to be able to write and pass the PMP exam on the first attempt
  • To post-assess participants after the training
  • To give professional guidance for the PMP certification Eligibility Application

Practical Aspect

Participants will be taken through hands -on exercises/activities like:
  • Process flow/Gantt Charts, Network Diagram,Decision Tree Diagram etc. for past projects and projects established during the training
  • Use of actual project charter during activities and discussions
  • Use of actual project plans and other deliverables during activities and discussions
  • Use of Ms. Project 2013 in setting up, planning and control of projects

This will be practically all encompassing and will involve Facilitation/lecture (slide presentation), Class discussion, Group discussion, case studies using project charters, plans etc. for different types of projects,scenarios, practical exercises , short end of lessons/chapters and module quizzes, Post training evaluation assessment.
