The Head of Operations coordinates the activities of the entire outlets of the fast food chain. He supervises the outlet managers to ensure that all their operations are run smoothly in line with the company’s policies and objectives. His performance will be measured based on delivery of target sales and operations plans.

The Supervisor should demonstrate and ensure the highest level of courteous and efficient service to ensure guests feel welcome and that their needs are attended to at all times during their stay.

The Marketing Manager leads all marketing initiatives and activities of the company. Oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive foot traffic, generate revenue, and increase on-site conversion.
