This role is crucial to Sax’s expansion strategy. The BDM would work within the Operations team in assigned territory to ensure strategic business expansion, on/off-boarding of partners/agents, and smooth location optimization partner/company relationship. The position involves 90% travel time within the assigned territory.

We are looking for a Team Lead with experience in the field of Customer Service who has worked in the betting industry only and knows how to properly handle Chats, E-mails and Calls while always paying attention to the Customer and understanding the Customer’s needs, managing and handling a team of Customer Service Agents.
