The Facilities & Resources Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing managing, and effectively maintaining the general administrative services (facilities, fleet, and protocol) of the organization across all assigned locations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will have strategic and tactical responsibilities. The job holder will own the sales strategy for clients, be required to execute it to achieve desired business results - Managing all sales operations, designing plans to meet sales targets, and developing and cultivating relationships with clients.

Manages and directs supply chain and daily operation activities including shipping, transport, warehousing, distribution, sourcing and inventory control. Plans, schedules and reviews workload and manpower to ensure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.

We are looking to hire a business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
