This position will actively drive the sales of properties in our portfolio and sign up new developments into our collection of properties. The candidate must have a track record of successfully closed luxury real estate deals and a rich pool of quality HNI’s while working for diverse real estate sales/brokerage companies.

As the Collection and Recovery Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection of past due accounts, while maintaining a professional and ethical approach to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a key role in minimizing the financial health of the organization.

The Remedial Officer is responsible for managing accounts that have been identified as distressed or at high risk of default. They are also responsible for repackaging/restructuring the Company's non-performing accounts including reducing, recovery and foreclosure of assets.
