Job Summary

User experience managers work is to understand how satisfied customers are with the technology that Tradefada provides and then help design improvements to improve the experience customers have with our websites and apps. He/She shall form a bridge between the business and the customers. Their objective is to determine how to reshape the interactions between the business and customers. The user experience manager helps to identify what frustrates customers and then determines what would classify as a positive experience for the customer. They help set goals related to ensuring that customers are satisfied and constantly evaluate business practices to see if they've met those goals. The candidate should also be skilled in customer retention tactics through design, customer services, social media designs and concepts relevant to our business. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Senior Devs, Snr Management and customer-facing agents to ensure that all client-facing functions and features on both our website and mobile apps are intuitive, fast, efficient and fully meet our clients' needs. Since we're building the first of its kind cryptocurrency exchange trading platform, we're looking for engineers who are passionate about emerging business & technology models as well as working in a space full of unknowns. We need a person who is enthusiastic and rigorous when tackling new problems, extremely versatile, with an eye for the minutest details.

Job Description

Experience/Qualifications:

  • User experience managers need to have good communication skills. 
  • They need to have visual communication skills so that they can effectively integrate features and design plans that will be effective to attract and retain customers. 
  • They also need to have strong interpersonal skills and teamwork skills since they will collaborate with marketing and design professionals. Since they're responsible for ensuring deadlines are met they need to have good time management skills and the leadership skills needed to motivate staff to work efficiently.
  • They do need basic programming skills so that they can understand the technical aspects of the designs they're creating and what's involved in integrating those technical components on websites and apps.
  • Must have managed teams and led verifiable projects in the past.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop User Experience (UE) roadmaps for client-facing self-service along with applications, systems, and interfaces for internal use.
  • Develop effective and well-branded user experience throughout multiple online properties.
  • Ensure to drive innovation across User-Centered Design practice.
  • Prepare strategic decisions as well as trade-offs based on project priority.
  • Identify projects for partnership along with department leaders and varied key partners.
  • Lead collaboration through online and offline products, marketing and operations.
  • Work with the customer service team to enhance the helpdesk system and outgoing customer emails, FAQs, etc.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to the entire leadership team and various executives for online, mobile properties plus employee-facing tools.
  • Translate some team’s work into functionality, features, and content.
  • Recommend best approaches for implementation of user experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams to design end-to-end chain of services, systems and human interactions.
  • Prepare strategies and implement plans for cross-channel to assist customer-facing self-service.
  • Identify improvement areas plus prospective competitive advantage for advanced research as well as exploration.
  • Identify and manage the required budgets for user experience.
  • Ensure to prioritize User-Centered Design projects, improvements and content as per enterprise priorities as well as Experience Systems.
