Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop training programmes
Evaluate instructor performance and effectiveness of training programmes
Provide advice and recommendations for improvement in training programmes
Develop and organize training manuals
Market and distribute training materials in Nigeria and Africa
Managing the day-to-day operations of the Training Centre Planning, recommending and implementing the Training Centre program
Developing a written strategic plan for the program (covering finances, operations, marketing, staff development, communications and policy) with annual objectives
Supervising internal and external communications •
Seeking opportunities to develop new revenue sources
Developing contacts and partnerships with other organizations and individuals to increase awareness of the Training Center and advocate on its behalf Working with staff and instructors to establish effective Training Center
Communicating with the management to ensure that the program serves the company Skills.
Possess good knowledge of Training & Learning Development
Possess good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

A passion for IT, Technology and experience with social media platforms
Proven project administration and management experience
Possess at least 5 years of industry experience in full spectrum of HR in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent management, planning and organizational skills
Skilled in Microsoft word, access, spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office software
Good knowledge of local Nigerian languages, would be an added advantage
Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or related field
The appointee will have a flair for business development and should be capable of interacting at senior levels with learning managers.
