Sevissmaster is a new company founded out of the need to make services ordering more convenient. It focusses on convenience, standards and rewards. It is seeks to connect users with nearest available service providers.
- Producing a lot of training documentation (manuals, handouts etc).
- Would liase with both internal and external subject matter experts to develop training processes and documentation. Must be an excellent communicator - both oral and written.
- B.Sc/HND in a customer-related field (mass communication, marketing etc)
- Any other additional training qualifications
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in a Training position with at least the last 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Must be proficient with presentation tools such as Powerpoint and Office suite
- Must be a very fluent communicator - both oral and written
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must be a very organised person that can plan, coordinate and track tasks productively
- Able to deliver without any excuses
- Must have people management skills
- Able to deliver under pressure
