Job Description

Role Objectives: 

Under the supervision of the HR & Admin Manager, this position will lead, manage and ensure successful development and implementations of T&D programs for Tavia Academy. 

The position will also help to strengthen the skills, knowledge and training needs of new and existing employees at all levels within the organisation. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for identifying, planning, organizing, coordinating, managing and reporting academy trainees’ training and development needs of the organization

Work with HR & Admin Manager as well as Departmental Heads to build and implement the annual training and development needs of Tavia based on planned budget. 

Work with employees to identify, document and manage Personal Development Plans and ensure they fall within organization’s goals and objectives

Coordinate and manage educational provision, facilitation and feedback of the academy

Will be the liaison officer between the academy, trainees and the trainers

Ensure that appropriate training regulations are developed and adhered to

Provide the academy with opportunities for research, development and innovation aimed at producing graduates that matches organization’s goals and objectives

Produce periodic feedback and evaluation reports on academy students/graduates

Act as the liaison and coordinator of programs conducted by external training partners for Tavia.

Provide feedback on budgets, expenditures, training impact and ROI on the training academy.

Perform all other HR & Administration functions as will be assigned. 


Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc. Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
  • An MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience on the same or similar role
