Qualifications and Responsibilities
HND / B.Sc in any field or in Hospitality
2 years of working experience in airline ticketing
Handle deposits and payments for bookings
Stay within the client’s budget
Review visas and other travel necessities
Resolve issues and emergencies
Customer service skills required
Must know how to issue tickets with either Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build
rapport with customers.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
Salary and Working Condition
Working Days: Monday to Friday(8:30-6pm) Saturday(11am-3pm)
Salary: N60,000 per month (To be increased to N70,000 after
