JOB SUMMARY

  • To ensure a consistent increase in sales revenue and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory

DUTIES

  • Handling a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 2/3 company SNS/40-50 Dealers, and Key retail outlets
  • Manage a team size of around 10 direct reports
  • Direct Sales to SMEs
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
  • Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Collection from Dealers & Key retail outlets
  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Recruitment of Dealer/Distributors
  • Company-owned shop management administration and branding
  • Organizing BTL activities to enhance the sales
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
  • Mentoring team
  • Performance management
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within the assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telecom/ISP industry
  • Field sales experience
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and performance KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Organizational and leadership ability

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc/HND in any field
  • Minimum of 5 years in the ISP/Telecomms industry
