We are currently recruiting for the position of Telesales Analyst

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • Your team is responsible for over 5000 Active Clients on our  database, ensuring repeat business from them and providing the best service
  • You will make at least 60 calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and listings on our platform, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
  • There are team members who will work together with you to ensure the success of your role.
  • It is your job to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and ensure that your revenue and job target is achieved by doing these.


  • Source new sales opportunities in existing companies through outbound lead follow-up and emails
  • Influence customers to list their jobs on our platform, buy & retain the company’s services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects


  • Understand customer needs and requirements - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Capture complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Team with In-House partners (Sales Fulfillment team, sales, Customer Service, Banner Ad, Career Services) to build pipeline and close deals 
  • Other sales activities and assignments as assigned by supervisor

Key Skills & Competencies
  • HND or BSC in a business-related discipline
  • Proven working experience in telesales preferably B2B sales & account management
  • Excellent use of MS office packages
  • Proper understanding of the CRM software e.g Zoho
  • Good record-keeping and follow-up
  • Sales & Customer Service experience
  • Very strong in oral and written communication in English
  • An energetic attitude
  • Good listening & communication skills
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
