Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support (over the phone, on our online support platform and offline)
- Interface with software development team and other departments
- Ability to manage ICT infrastructure
- Develop and manage user manual documentation
- Deep understanding of running IT services in regards to technology and processes.
- Capability for problem-solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to relate with people.
- Highly self-motivated and directed. A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and without full direction
- Customer Service
- Exposure to different software development technologies
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively
- Strong customer / end-user / client service orientation.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Candidate must be fluent in English and should be able to use the system efficiently.
