Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities
Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management
Coordinating any technical forums and presentations within the country
Establish and maintain a customer relations management database and develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc
Executes tactical action plans as set by the department
Work with Managers and internal teams to convert identified business opportunities and achieve targeted business goals
Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth
Provides technical expertise to the company offered technology, tools, and on customer technical-related business needs.
Coordinate with Business Development Manager in problem-solving, resourcing and budgeting activities
Organize regular customer presentations and ensure customers are aware of new technologies, both those released and those expected
Ability to determine market size for each service line and Emval’s market share for each service line
Gather accurate information on competition activities on regular basis and produce Market share report on a quarterly basis
Keep up to date intelligence on competition activities and market share.
Be involved in the development of yearly business plan
Any other assigned duties.

Qualification and Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
An M.Sc. / MBA in Business, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering
Relevant professional qualification is considered a major plus.
Minimum of 2 years active and successful business development experience in O&G industry.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
Good prospecting skills
Capability to understand offerings and articulate those offerings to the industry and prospects
Good experience including RFI/RFP proposal strategy, management and response
Contract negotiations and closing skills
Good presentation development and delivery skills
Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical ability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented
Intermediate computer skills, with strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Project Management Ability.
