The technical sales engineer will be responsible for sales deliverables – maximizing and achieving revenue potential on existing and new accounts. He/She will utilize sales, engineering and project management skills to improve performance and achieve business targets.

  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities

  • Writing reports on sale literature

  • Ensuring that sales targets are met

  • Achieve revenue increases on key accounts

  • Maintain tight management on sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting

  • Conducting contract reviews

  • Liaising with existing clients

  • Identifying  and eliminating risk points

  • Regularly liaising with the Managing Director

  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.


Job Requirements and Qualifications


Education: B.Sc/HND in Engineering.

Training Requirements: Licenses, Programs, or Certifications, Technical sales.


Knowledge/ Skill Requirements: 

  • Strong technical skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Sales skills

  • Commercial awareness

  • Team working skills

  • Business writing skills

  • Familiarity with all relevant technology application


Experience:

5-7 years in similar role
