Job Description

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle company's product and services
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of facilities to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Provide recommendation and improvements to customer service based on feedback received from customers.


  • Minimum of a B.Sc in relevant field
  • 0-2 years working Experience
  • Must have Excellent communication skills
  • Must be ready to operate on shift (Morning/Afternoon)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Numerical and Analytic Skill
  • Must be ready to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday including Public Holidays)
  • Working knowledge of the computer is required
