·Daily report of check-in and check-out must be sent to WhatsApp group (supervisor, manager, CEO)
·Weekly report of check-in and check-out must be sent to manager’s email (this report must be written in Excel and must include; client’s name, phone number, apartment type, check-in and check-out dates)
·Warmly welcome and check-in clients and check-outs
·Inspect apartments before clients check-in and also after check-outs
·Collect and store forgotten items until claimed by respective owner
·Request and procure cleaning materials after approval
·Write a report on excel about procurement and usage of cleaning materials and send to manager.
·Store and account for Keycards
·Must send daily reports to manager on or before 10 a:m (this may include clients or staff complaints, cleaning performance, facility issues, procurement etc.)
·Follow up on late or slow payment from clients
·Arrange and book fumigation twice a year if applicable
·Train cleaners to clean all apartments to standard
·Fill in BIN forms after procurement have been received and give a copy to the manager
·Arrange for fixtures swiftly from liaised vendors if applicable
·Maintain overall management of the facility.
·Welcome visitors into apartments in an polite and skilled manner
·Supervise daily activities of staffs
·Receive phone calls from clients in a professional way
·Inspect rooms for cleanliness and orderliness
·Ensure that the surroundings are kept clean and orderly.
·Submit daily report by 10 a:m and activity report by 5 p:m
·Ensure that the generator and the pool are in tip top condition
·Quickly Update management on any development which is beyond your control
·Keep track of DSTV subscriptions and meter top-up before it expires
·Receive complains from clients and handle them as quickly as possible.
·Ensure that clients are comfortable and well taken care of.
·Respond to emergencies at any time(day or mid-night)
·Sales skills: candidate must possess a good sales skills which are very vital during client inspection. He/she must be able to sell out hotel services to clients to increase the chances of closing a deal
·Customer services: candidate must be able to address client’s problems in a very calm and efficient way.
·Personnel management: candidate must be able to supervise sub-ordinate professionally without showing preferential treatment.
·Communications skills: candidate must be able to interact with clients in person or through phone calls in a manner that project excellent corporate image.
·Time management: candidate must be able to tackle problems quickly, effectively and efficiently.
·Candidate must be able to maintain calmness and be able to tolerate all kinds of behavior from clients.
