State Coordinator


Job Summary

This role is for a budding agency banking business, that is about to begin operations in Nigeria, and would need State Coordinators to manage the activities of aggregators in each state of the Federation.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

The State Coordinators shall be responsible for:

Scouting for, recruiting, and onboarding quality aggregators on the agency network
Monitoring and ensuring that aggregators meet performance targets set
Getting and dispatching terminals to aggregators
Responding to aggregator complaints and relaying them to the Operations team where necessary
Replacing non-performing aggregators
Giving market insights to the supreme aggregators
Minimum of Bsc./HND/OND
Must live in the State
Must have deep local knowledge of the State
Proficient in English and the local dialect of the state
Must be Mobile (Having a car would be an advantage)
Must have a Laptop
Good computer skills. Must have basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Proven experience in sales. Experience with the Agency banking business would be an added advantage
A team player with a high level of dedication
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-driven and be able to take initiative
Good Leadership skills and emotional intelligence skills
