Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinating daily spa management operations

Ensuring proper delivery of superior massage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations

Regularly review product quality and research new opportunities 

Organize and supervise shifts

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Estimate future needs for goods, and relative stock..

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Manage the spa’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

 

Requirements 

Must be a female

HND/BSc degree in Business Administration; Accounting, hospitality management or any related discipline

Strong experience in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage

2 years at least experience in spa management, or any management position

Proven work experience as a Spa Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Management or similar role

Proven customer service experience as a manager

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Acute financial management skills
