Job Description

InSiGHt Health Consulting Limited (IHC) focuses on providing technical skills for health and population analysis, planning, programming and management aimed at sustainable and significant health outcomes. We are strongly committed to making health and development accessible to all.

Duties and Responsibilities

Community Management:

  • Create and manage an Instagram account for IHC
  • Create social media contents relating to our scope of services (international health and safety days, health and safety related articles and pictures that can help project IHC’s activities but do not violate its policies, and IHC projects/events/outings
  • Engage with social media community in our sphere of operations via posting of articles and discussion points
  • Create engaging written and visual content for blog
  • Ensure effective and timely interaction with audience
  • Increase the number of followers on social media platforms by following and engaging with potential clients
  • Liaise with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to date
  • Content Disribution and Coordination:
  • Liaise with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to date
  • Publish articles on social media platforms
  • Drive awareness of our posts by posting the articles into forums and groups (without making/constituting a nuisance to the audience)
  • Monitoring Social Media Analytic:
  • Track and report website statistics using Google Analytics
  • Track social media analytics on a monthly basis
  • Use the company’s HootSuite account to create lists of followers and to schedule tweets
  • Email Marketing and Search Engine Optimization:
  • Creating periodic newsletters
  • Explore strategies of increasing the company’s visibility
  • Leverage on free and paid advertisement platforms to push company’s visibility

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must:

  • Be a graduate
  • Have completed the mandatory NYSC programme
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Google+
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic design tools
  • Social media analytics
  • Working knowledge of social media management tools (e.g HootSuite)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Especially, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
