Job Summary

Responsible for the digital vision of the organisation Maintain the brand of the organisation online. Support the development of a digital insight function Implement digital marketing strategies of the organisation. Develop and deliver engaging digital content, ensuring that we are adopting innovative, compelling and creative approaches which engage our target audiences To provide advice and counsel about the most effective approaches to digital engagement.

Job Description

 Job Responsibilities 

Set up and maintain the Social Media presence of the organisation Develop content for social media platforms, email, and website. Plan and develop all digital engagement channels, building relationships online with supporters and partners Plans, manages and executes emails and the social media calendar 

Manage day to day posting on social media platforms Run campaigns and report social media statistics Use tools such as Google Analytics to measure and increase the impact of digital engagement Write, edit, organize and create high-quality user-friendly content for the website Update website to ensure it is up to date Design fliers for Social Media Monitor website activities Speak at engagements related to Social Media activities Ensure the BizNurture brand is maintained across all online platforms Define budgets and measurable goals for the digital vision; own the digital P&L

Key Performance Metrics Digital marketing ROI of first-time visits to website # of return visits to website # of campaign visits Minimal Bounce rate (%) Total Conversion rate (# of people who follow through and apply for loans) % sales from Digital Marketing Click through rate % of traffic from organic searches Engagement rate Brand mentions # of acquired customers Reach rate Speed, accuracy and quality of digital publication

Competence Requirements Excellent oral and communication skills Experience in Social Media Engagement Experience in planning and developing content for website and social media Experience in the Financial Services sector Experience in using Google Ad words Experience in graphic design Experience developing and producing content /campaigns with a daily cadence across multiple content types, including text, image, video, and audio (added advantage) Advanced experience in communication Ability to speak multiple business languages (IT, Marketing, Strategy, Finance) will be an added advantage Can do spirit and a high sense of humor Applications & Technology Design applications/ tools like CorelDRAW, Canva Google Analytics Social Media apps – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, IG 

Specification/Qualification Educational Qualification 
University Degree or HND Professional Qualification Certificate in Digital marketing SEO/SEM campaign experience/Google Ad words and Analytics certified Desired Experience 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce 2+ years of experience in Financial Services
