Position Description: A customer service role with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Locations: Lekki & Ajah

Required Experience/Skills

  • BSc/HND qualification in any field
  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service/ customer management
  • Computer literacy
  • Good command of the English language
  • Appreciable knowledge and use of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience working in a courier company is an added advantage

Personality requirements/Traits

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivation, determination, confidence and result oriented.
