Education and Experience
Possess an OND/HND/BSC in any discipline.
Computer literate, Be proficient in standard use of Microsoft office and vast use of the internet.
Good initiative, friendly Integrity and confidentiality, Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
Have good communication and organizational skills.
Be able to work under pressure and to prioritize in the dynamic and multicultural setting. Ability to work and cooperate with others from diverse background
Be able to multi task, excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail
Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service focused reception and administration services
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain confidential personal correspondence, and personnel files, assist with the recruitment process
Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
Act as a receptionist/ front desk manager, managing daily/weekly/monthly agenda, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Maintain an appropriate filing system; back-to-office reports, determine documents requiring the approval, stamp and / or signature of experts and other staff members;
Ensure timely and accurate customer service, updating contact information of clients
Monitor stock and order office supplies
Ensure proper mail distribution
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
participate in staff meetings, prepare minutes, and finalize draft correspondence concerning various aspects, on behalf of CEO
Make travel arrangements
