The post is not limited to the tasks below and other duties may be given by the management;
- Preparing quotation for clients and sales team request
- Preparing production orders for clients approved orders
- Getting approvals from finance and MD for both quotations and sales orders
- Attend to clients complains through Emails and phones calls and direct inquires to the concerned person.
- Attending to visitors on the reception
- Arrange the MDs calendar and meetings. Attend meetings for taking minutes of meeting notes, and follow them up.
- Exporting office attendance report and Email it to accounts/ Admin.
- Provide office consumables.
- Managing database for certificates, cars documents, license etc.
- Preparing Memos, Letters and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Qualification: HND/ BA/ MBA
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years
- Salary range: Attractive and Negotiable based on the level of experience.
