Job Description

The post is not limited to the tasks below and other duties may be given by the management;

  • Preparing quotation for clients and sales team request
  • Preparing production orders for clients approved orders
  • Getting approvals from finance and MD for both quotations and sales orders
  • Attend to clients complains through Emails and phones calls and direct inquires to the concerned person.
  • Attending to visitors on the reception
  • Arrange the MDs calendar and meetings. Attend meetings for taking minutes of meeting notes, and follow them up.
  • Exporting office attendance report and Email it to accounts/ Admin.
  • Provide office consumables.
  • Filings.
  • Managing database for certificates, cars documents, license etc.
  • Preparing Memos, Letters and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification: HND/ BA/ MBA
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years
  • Salary range: Attractive and Negotiable based on the level of experience.
